By entering into a membership agreement with Teosto, you:

• agree to submit work notifications to Teosto for all your works (compositions, lyrics and arrangements) so that Teosto can license the use of your works and distribute royalties to you
• assign to Teosto, in the extent you choose, the economic rights to your musical works for Teosto to manage.
