If the work or the works will be or have been used in programs, advertisements, or films broadcast on foreign TV channels, in films (including short films and documentaries) distributed to foreign cinemas or in series, documentaries or films shown on foreign video on demand (VOD) services (e.g., Netflix, HBO) make a separate claim for each of them.
